Q. Can you design us a site then hand it over to us to manage and change ourselves?

 

A. We certainly can, however you pay us to do a professional job on your site in the first instance. Web design, along with Search Engine friendly sites is something that you can't learn overnight. We can't be responsible for any drop in search engine placements or design flaws once you manage your own site.

 

Q. What is this Search Engine Optimisation stuff?

 

A. There are many sites on the internet that are visually excellent and just waiting for someone to drop by and visit. Problem is, they have been designed for visual appeal and do not take into account the underlying intricacies of Search Engine friendly design and therefore are not ranked well for their chosen "KEYWORDS". We design sites that are appealing and most importantly search engine friendly. 

 

Q. How much will my site cost?

 

A. Another good question that can't be answered simply. Each person has there own desires and ideas of what they would like on a website. We consult with you to determine what you require and then quote on that basis.

 

Q. I have a friend that can submit my new website to 1000's of search engines for free. Why should I pay you?

 

A. We have been there and done that many years ago. All these programs do is give out your e-mail address to 1000's of spammers just waiting to flood your inbox with junk mail. We hand submit to all the MAJOR free search engines and consult on premium paid listings with the likes of LOOKSMART and YAHOO. BTW, there aren't 1000's of Search engines per say. Most of the big companies like Google, ODP and Looksmart supply their results to most of the "little" search directories.

 

 

Q. We were number 4 for a search term that was netting us some very good enquiries, however now we seemed to have dropped off the search altogether.

 

A. This can be a result of a few different factors. Most common being that you have unreliable hosting and your site was not available when the Search Engine "Spiders" did their crawl. Another common problem is OVER SUBMITTING. Some Search Engines deem too many submissions to be spam, resulting in your site being banned from their results. These are just a couple off the more common scenarios.
